Our mission through the Perform and Prosper Online Education Platform is to empower performers all over the world to master their cashflow, create additional revenue streams, and have expanded choices by growing businesses.
We created Perform and Prosper for three core reasons:

We want to PAY-IT-FORWARD and SHARE our business knowledge with others because we have seen, first hand, that the ARTS and BUSINESS can be a murky place for artists. Often artists are trained at a very high level in their skill or craft but have zero training in business. Even if someone comes to the table with prior business skills, there are specific nuances and variances that are unique to our profession – that cannot be learned in a traditional business program

2. We are passionate about teaching the BUSINESS OF SHOW BUSINESS to beginner or mid-career professionals so that others can grow and be successful also. We believe that an ABUNDANT & THRIVING Performance industry is good for us all!
3. As technological unemployment looms and the digitization of all performance mediums lurk in the wings – it is CRITICAL for ALL performers to fortify their income streams, diversify revenue, and build structures around their careers so that we are prepared for the impending exponential changes that will change our profession and HOW we do business forever. Robotized versions of physical performance will revolutionize show business in ways that will be life-altering for cirque performers, dancers, singers, musicians, and ANY physical performing artist. It is critical that ALL performers have a career plan and a business plan that will take them into the next several years and beyond.
